Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and smelled fantastic, and we had a great view of the fireworks overlooking the water. They were super spacious and perfect for our family of 5. However, we did encounter a little trouble with the bathroom door and the sliding glass shower door. The service was slow during check-in after a long day at the park, and some staff members were not as friendly as we would have liked. The location was stunning, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Disney parks. The dining experience was delicious, offering generous portions, but we wished there was an option for plain toast. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms had 2 balconies with great views, which I absolutely loved, and the location couldn't be beat for visiting the major parks. The service was excellent, especially when I had to wait for my room key. The dining at the Dolphin was nice, and the facilities were great overall.
